2. How about the sample time
The samples time will be 3-7 days after confirm the design.

Yes ,we can offer free samples for woven labels ,wash care labels and badges

4. How about the production time
3-5days for sample time. 7-10days for mass production
If you need the items urgent, we will try our best to make it first.

5. How about the shippment ?
We will ship the items by TNT ,DHL and Fedex express, door to door .

6. How about the payment ways ?
Our usually use Trade Assurance Service , the payment ways can be credit cards , E-checking and T/T

7. What form of the artwork can accept ?
As the artwork ,it should be AI ,CAD, PDF.

8.How about the processing ?
We will quote them first, after we agree the price then move to sample ; once confirm the samples, move to mass production ;Once everything is ready to be shipped, we will send the tracking number ;
